Naro Moru River Lodge is nestled along the banks of the Tigithi River, under the imposing presence of Mt. Kenya’s slopes. Founded by Sir Rufus Klarwill in 1949, this lodge is now under the ownership of the Alliance Group, who have managed it since the 1970s. Perched at an altitude of 1,982 meters (6,505 feet) between Nyeri and Nanyuki on the equator, the lodge offers a tranquil escape.
