The lodge is situated just 11 kilometers from Meru town on the Meru-Nchiru-Maua Road, sandwiched between the Kenya Methodist University and Meru University of Science and Technology; 58 kilometers from Meru National Park’s Murera Gate and 6 kilometers from Nchiru, the history-drenched headquarters of the Njuri-Ncheke Council of Elders, one of the most important historical and cultural pillars of the Meru community.
